Home Buyer Bike Tours is an every Saturday bike tour (weather permitting) to see homes from June to September. Home Buyer Bike Tours is a fun and relaxed way to view new listings in the Denver Urban area in such a way that not only do you get to see some of the top homes on the market, but you have the time to notice the gardens, area highlights, and really get to know your neighborhood…while burning calories and zero fossil fuels!

Each Saturday we choose newer listings in a specific urban neighborhood based on type of home, how well it shows, green features, or price range of home.

Who is Welcome on the Tour?

* Home Buyers actively looking for a home or who just want to check out the neighborhood casually

* Sellers checking out the competition or where to buy next (**if your home is listed, ask your Realtor to call us, perhaps we can feature your home on tour!**)

* Homeowners looking for design and remodeling ideas

* Anyone who likes to ride a bike!

You might expect to cover 5 miles on the tour.

Tours begin at 10 am. Each week we will post the starting place, usually a local coffee shop or restaurant so that you can get a coffee or bite to eat before. The tour should take about two hours so you should have your helmet, water, perhaps a jacket and anything else you might bring on a casual ride.
